Subprocessors

1. What this page is
To run alovate.ai and deliver our services we use a small number of third-party providers. Where those providers process personal data on our behalf they are our subprocessors, and this page is the current list of them.
It is referenced by our Privacy Policy and by section 9 of our Terms of Service. Each provider is bound by a written agreement that limits it to processing data on our instructions and requires it to keep that data secure.

Analytics and advertising providers only receive data after you have consented to the corresponding cookie category. You can review or withdraw that consent at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
3. International transfers
Most of these providers are established in the United States, so using them involves transferring personal data out of the EEA, the UK or Israel. The safeguards we rely on for those transfers — Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum, and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified — are described in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
4. Changes to this list
We update this page whenever a provider is added or removed. For clients whose personal data we process under a data processing agreement, we give at least 30 days’ notice before a new subprocessor begins processing, during which you may object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
To be notified of changes, or to object to a proposed subprocessor, email hello@alovate.ai and ask to be added to the subprocessor notification list.
